Restoring a recovery log on Lenovo Tab

Hi,

I have recently updated my Lenovo Tab and somehow it has completely wiped all my apps, docs and photos etc. I have accessed the recovery logs through the recovery menu and can view them and see that there is a recovery log for the day before I installed the update. Am I able to restore the device back to this date and in turn restore all my docs and apps etc? If so, how do I do think? I haven't backed any of the documents up to an SD card.

I don't know if you can restore to a previous date but there are recovery tools in the play store where you can recover your documents.

There are so many recovery tools avail, so you can try them to recover data.

You should have copied each single files on google drive, I don't think that it will be possible to restore previous documents one you upgraded a device that is why it is necessary to back-up each file when you're doing the software upgrade.
