I got a Droid a few days ago. I put Froyo on it following these instructions:

http://www.droidforums.net/forum/dr...royo-step-step-installation-2.html#post528613

I also have it rooted with an overclocked kernel.

I would like to give this phone to my wife. Therefore I would like to reset the phone so that it is at the activation wizard when she powers it on where she can put in her phone number and google account, etc. I would like to keep Froyo+overclock+root. What is the best process for this? Should I just reflash froyo, then update.zip for the root, then update.zip for overclock? Will that do it?

Thanks for your help.

Simply do a factory data reset out of your privacy section in settings. Keep in mind when she signs in with her Google account she won't have access to any of the apps. Apps are tied directly to your Google account.
