Reset Motorola Droid to factory

I am getting ready to sell my Motorola Droid. I want to reset it to factory and remove all my info, like contacts or any personal info. What is the best way to do this? I want it to be like new out of the box.

Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset should take care of everything. Know this won't do anything to your SD card you will need to format that on your own (Settings > Storage > Erase SD card) or keep it/replace it.
