Request: Make internal storage available

Has anyone tried, or is anyone interested in making internal storage available on the droid 2. I guess the internal is only for apps, but its a whole 8 gigs. Id like to be able to not need an sd card at all! Anyone know if this is possible? Anyone want to give it a try?

If you just put your files in the data subfolder then you'll be able to use the 8 gigs. With this said, some applications may not recognize your files in the data subfolder. To fix this just navigate to your files via root explorer or something similar.

Thanks for the reply Pat! Is there a way to maybe make part of the internal recognised as part of the sd...or an sd extension? Maybe that way programs will actually look in there?
