Replacement micro-usb connector.

I need to how to replace the micro usb connector on my droid x because it is getting loose. It is difficult to make a good connection to charge. And is it possible to charge the phone wirelessly? I am not afraid to take my phone apart, but I need a part number and details on how to desolder the old one and solder on the new one.
