Removing root to try another method.

I rooted using

And was wondering if anyone could explain the "remove root" section. I want to try another method I found that includes froyo and removes bloatware all in one package.

After root you have the capabilities of flashing roms that are bloated and debloaded. Unrooting is used for returning phones to save warranty.
