removing apps from "all apps" in phone

There are several apps in my "all apps' folder that I would love to lose. They came on the phone; I did not download them. Ex: Madden MFL11. What the heck? Any suggestions.? Thanks

if you download launcherpro from the market, in the preferences for the launcher it gives you the options to hide apps that you don't want

Also you can freeze apps using TiBu. This way they will not show on your app draw and if you later decided that you want you can defrost.
