Relaxation sounds skip between loops

When listening to relaxation apps that have sounds that loop to create a continuous sound like rain for example, the sound skips between loops. A lot of these apps do this which very annoying. The developers of these apps blame Motorola for this issue but I found one app that does not skip. "White Noise" by Tmsoft. How is it that someone can make sounds that don't skip while no one else can? Is it really a Motorola issue?

Sounds like an app issue for me, but could also possibly be a processor issue. Ie, if the CPU is taxed it may take longer to process the loop request then normal.
