Refurbished phone

Was wondering if anyone has gotten a refurbished phone. If so how is it? Does it have any marks on it or anything? Does it work alright?

they are basically brand new. They go through more software tests than a brand new phone does. They replace any part of the phone that has a blemish or any physical imperfection.
