recovery?!?!?!

Ok so I can't seem to get into recovery for the past 2 days... not by using the liberty tool box or rom manager or manually by turning off and holding home and hitting search.

I'm on liberty gingerbread .591

Any help would be great.
What i'm trying to do is put on a new gingerbread rom.

every time it goes the screen goes blank after the boot logo with a back light i've waited up to 10 mins. and pulled the battery. no negative affects after but still not geting into recovery of booting new rom.

help please

Curious, how are you on liberty gb when it says your "Phone: droid 2 global".

Anyways, use the d2 bootstrapper. Its in the market or you can get it for free from Koush's website.

Oh yeah.... I use to have a D2 global till i realized how much it SUX and got the X
