Recently rooted Bionic

I just rooted my Bionic, used it for the free wifi tethering. But now I don't know what else there is I can do. I am not a techie and am not sure where I need to look because a lot of the items I have read just confuse me. Help?!

This thread Is very informative. If you plan on trying different roms be sure to read up on it and you understand how to do it before you get into it.
