Is there a setting that would stop the cache from bring wiped at boot?

I don't see any xposed zip on my SD card?

Try looking in /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/dev.robv.android.xposed.installer/files
It should be called Xposed-Disabler-Recovery.zip

Good morning peeps...Xposed zip would most likely be on the internal storage of phone ...at this point after reading all the posts I recommend backing up your apps data and doing a wipe and reflash ROM clean ...

Well I did a backup wipe and restore and that worked perfectly. Last time I wiped it the phone was different. It didn't make me reset all the phone settings like a new device so maybe the wipe didn't go right. This time I had to setup everything from scratch then restore apps and data. I want to thank you all for your suggestions and help.
