Reboot into recovery not working...

I have rooted, unrooted, rooted, and unrooted, and rooted again in attempt to get to where I can install custom Roms on my TB. The very first time i rooted everything worked fine, until I had no radio signal on my phone, and I unrooted until I could find out what was going on. Now that I have the fix to the problem I re-rooted and once I had the process completed, I can no longer boot into the recovery screen in order to flash the update file. Every time I try to reboot into recovery I get a picture of a thunderbolt with a big red exclamation mark in the middle of it. I have try un-rooting it and doing factory data resets and re-rooting and always have the same results. Does anyone know what is going on?

I have try rebooting into recovery via clockworkmod and by using quick boot. Please help!!!
