Dinc not able to get into Recovery

So I rooted the phone then decided to unroot and install pb31img.zip to put in back to stock (worked fine). I have another SD card with the update.zip (on root). I try to get into recovery and get a phone with a red triangle and exclamation mark. Any thoughts??

Press the vol+ and power button at the same time. May have to press it muliple times though but it will get you to the recovery screen.
