My device is 4.0.4 flashed and i want to root but it wont let me. when i run the run.bat (Razr edge) it says waiting for device. My computer has the latest Drivers and My phone has USB debugging Checked[√]
But it still says "waiting for device" what am i doing wrong here?

Do you have MTP selected as the USB connection mode? If that isn't the issue, try a different USB cable or USB port on your computer (don't go through a hub).

Also check to allow unknown sources in settings. If you had another root exploit installed in the past make sure Superuser in uninstalled prior to running the Razr's Edge bat file. Other Superuser versions will bork the root exploit.

You have to use Moto's USB cable and also try a rear USB port. Vista sometimes doesn't play nice with device drivers. Make sure Vista sees the Bionic before you mess with Razr's Edge. Your PC should tag and identify the Bionic and label the SD-ext as a removable drive.

Its wont install Motorola Networking Interface it wants a disk that i dont have

Uninstall the conflicting drivers and reboot. Then go to this link USB and PC Charging Drivers - Motorola Mobility, Inc. USA install software, drivers, etc. and reboot. Connect phone and wait for PC to find..... Make sure all you phone settings are in place and run the root exploit.

Did you unzip the downloaded Razr's Edge file to another folder on your desktop, open that folder then run the bat file?
