Razr Screen Automatically Rotating when phone is still upright...

Recently, the screen on my Razr started automatically rotating, even though my phone is still upright. I have disabled the auto rotate feature, but it is still doing it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Is it rotating the actual home screen or just when you are in something like the browser? Or does it do it for everything? Have you tried a hard reset? Hold down the volume down button and the power button for 10 seconds.
