RAZR HD Circle Widget

I apologize if this is not in the right forum, but I was curious if it was possible to get the circle widget that is on the M and the not yet released hd and hd max on the Original Razr Maxx? I think it is a great widget and just curious if it was just locked down to the 3 new phones? Thank you.

Hey Just curious if that widget works the same way as the M widget with the sipping circle that shows a missed call and texts in it? Thanks for the help.
