I have been back and forth with Verizon on the phone and at the store. My phone is doing something strange. I get my gmail only through wi fi only not over 3/4 g. They have checked the settings. They can't find the issue. I have 6 months left on contract but would let me buy a new phone. Just wondering any suggestions. I have did a fr multible times. If out of range of WiFi and sign out can't get back into until home also. Vz put n a new sim card last week with no results.

Welcome aboard! Sorry to hear about the gMail issues...you might try to clear just app cache / data in system settings / app manager / all / gMail - open, click on clear cache, clear data and force close. The only other thing to check out is to make sure that you don't have sync disabled if using 3G/4G service.
