+1. I hate the Yankees, it doesn't matter who they play against I have no problem rooting against the Yankees.

Now if the San Francisco Giants meet the Yankees in the World Series, I will have an issue. I hate bot teams.

The Rangers will be lucky to do it in 7. They have two really good starting pitchers and the rest will be shaky at best. So Wilson and Lee will have to carry the team by both winning 2 games each. Which requires them to play all 7 games so the both can rest 3 full days before starting.

I agree that is possible, but I think base stealing may be our best bet at really scaring NY into making mistakes that could allow for a win in 5 game scenario. With Lee having to pitch game 3, because everyone agrees we need him to rule at NY, means we have to catch a break with either Hunter or Lewis. I think our best bet is with Hunter in game 4. If we can steal 5 or 6 key bases and show we have the speed, prior to game 4, that may make Burnett (NY) just shaky enough in game 4 that our power hitters can keep us in the lead. And since Wilson is scheduled for game 5, as of this second, I would bet really good money he won't fail if we are 3 and 1. He already knows Lee is looking at a GOOD chunk of money for next year. Wilson also is probably thinking if he sends the Rangers to the World Series in 5, that he will be able to get a piece of the money pie as well. So I will go on a limb and say in 5 is possible if Hunter wins game 4, in 7 if he doesn't because Lee will have no choice but to clean up for Lewis and Hunters losses. And yes I know I am predicting Lewis is going to lose both of his games but he is going up against Hughes (NY) and I just don't think he can pull off an upset even with good batting.
