Just noticed that 4 new apps are loaded on my phone and I didn't install them: Books, Dock Mode, Downloads, Footprints. Not knowing where they came from I immediately tried to uninstall them but they won't uninstall. Are these Verizon, Google or HTC apps? Not sure if they are safe or what to do if they are not. Thanks for your feedback.
