Market paid apps charging again?

For some reason all of my uninstalled paid apps show a price making me have to buy them again. Didn't notice this until street the transition to google play. This is happening with both of my google accounts. And yes they were all legally acquired. Is this issue happening to anyone else?

Update..ok they are showing up correctly again..I did nothing also..this is strange. Maybe slow sync to my account to make sure I bought them already
