Ran over my D2,

I think it fell out of my pocket while clearing ice form the windshield, meaning I'm probably the one that ran it over as well. Ouch. Insurance+D1=happiness.

Call motorola and tell the their device blew up from the inside out and you had to get four stitches in your ear. You expect a new device, paid medical bills, and some sort of royalty.

Hey, its happened before! Those screenshots reminded me of that exact story :)

They know that trick already, its so old. i doubt they will fall for it again. you should try getting shot in the arm and say the phone made some kind of projectile appear out of thin air (or from the reaction of the explosion, we will have to leave that mystery up to their scientists) and tell them its their fault

That, or tell them the GPS in your phone made a missile lock on to your location and your phone exploded, blew half your face off, and the missile blew up and killed 20 people, and you need new shoes because you got blood on your new shoes and their ruined.

I mean, you'd believe it... Right..? :P

Sent from my DROID X.

What ended up happening with that? Did the dude get compensation?

As an auto damage appraiser, I've heard all sorts of stories--I had a hard time believing a reported claim the other day: Ice storm in Atlanta last week--lady is sick in her apartment--calls 911--when being taken to ambulance sees that her car is NOT parked straight in her parking place as it was--EMTs look at her car and find THREE notes on it where the car had been hit THREE times in 30 MINUTES-IN THE SAME PART OF THE CAR-all three people left tine dated notes-first note described a 'scratch'---the last two people that hit the car were insured by the SAME insurance ecompany--MY JOB?? Try to figure out WHICH party did WHICH damage and WHICH insurance company had to pay for what damage?? TUFF, but I figured it out and the lady and insurance companies involved were pleased!!
