Radiocomm to mask wifi-tether

So I was getting ready to reprogram my phone's signal using the radiocomm hack to mask my data usage, but now I've read VZ has updated and blocked phones that have this hack active. Anyone out there hear any similar or confirming reports???

And please do not reply with any moral debates regarding tethering because I don't care.

Thanks Alch3m1st, I've actually been researching this quite a bit (from day one). Funny tho, I just fried my computer and spent all my extra dough to get this phone!!! So ironic!!!

Good thing I got root before that happened....

Had my computer not gone down I would've tried this hack already. I'm just prep'n for when I do get out back online.
