Radio issues

Hello,
I had bricked my Droid 3 a while back, and was able to recover it by installing the .906 update file through android recovery. After doing so, there are a few things that are messed up. First of all, my phone used to be able to detect wifi networks in my neighborhood, and now it doesn't. My qwerty keyboard used to type fine, and now i have to press each individual key with force. And my tethering range has gotten much much weaker. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I've tried that, and it freezes after "writing logo.bin" i think. After that it just has a flashing dash and nothing else. Should i try using rsd lite?

I have. And i looked at the xml file that would be used with rsd lite and it says the file size is 2.08 KB. Is that a normal size?
