Hi there!

I'd like to know, if there is a very good step by step manual on how to root a Droid 2 which could be understood by a real newbie?

I'would really like to have the R2D2 startup-animation as the R2D2-version of the Droid 2 unfortunately isn't available in Europe/Austria, where i live.

That means, no chance to buy it. Import wouldn't help as network standards are different.

Therefore, please could you help me to get the R2D2 features on my normal Droid 2/Milestone 2?

Besides the startup animation, i'd like to have the R2D2 clock and the Binoculars App. How to install those on my Droid?

I'd really appreciate any help!
