Quickoffice problems

My Droid will no longer open any office files. It tells me that Quickoffice cannot open file and also error loading page. What can I do to remedy this?

Did you try 1. Resetting the Droid and if that doesn't work, 2. Do a battery pull?

I tried the battery pull and I still get the same errors.
