QuickDial - photos not appearing

New Member
Many of the CONTACTS on my phone have PHOTOS attached to them.

Some are pictures from Facebook.
Others are pictures from Outlook Exchange.

I can't get EITHER of them to show up on QuickDial (by BK Mobility.)

... am I doing something wrong??
