Quick upload video to FB

Is it even possible to fire video directly to FB?

I messed with the resolution settings but didn't see an option.

A quick google search seems to indicate it is a FB app issue.

Is this true?

I've had similar issues, what I've read says just ensure hd encoding is disabled, haven't tried it since though. I know with my blackberry, had to put vid on pc, then convert it to the format fb would read.
