2. Will the phone work just as well on 3G if 4G is not in your area?

1. Battery life hasn't been great for me, but I found recommendations on this forum on how to extend battery life and intend on incorporating some of those ideas this weekend.
2. 4G is not available in my area and the phone works great!
3. Not sure about the tiered pricing...what is it?
