I am on the mission of making my phone resemble Neo-Geo. I have fonts, but I need to know how to add the fonts to this Liberty rom. Also, how can I provide a moving boot logo with music? Also sound effects.

I'm using Android ver. 2.2.1 with Liberty 2.0.1 ROM
