Question about Verizon Warranty

well im only demanding more if they try to force me to pay an additional $90, which would be ridiculous. I would be more than happy with a replacement droid, but theyre going to try and get me to pay an extra 90 for a mistake that is their fault, then I want at least a new phone

Well actually Verizon upgraded me to a droid 2 cuz my og droid had problems with the browser...i haven't heard thevsame from asurion though so I wouldn't get my hopes up
