question about LED's

I see two LED's on the top right. One of them gives me email and text notifications (the one on the right, that blinks in green). what does the other one do? is it for voicemail notification ?

the other "led" that never blinks is the photo sensor that dims and locks the screen when you put the phone close to your face in a phone call

I thought the proximity sensor was to the right of the ear piece ?
