Question about adding another line onto my account

I'm currently on an individual plan on Verizon. What if I were to add a line (and make it a family plan) and just switch my current Droid over to that 2nd line... could I do that so I don't have to agree to a 2 year commitment on the 2nd line?

And for my 1st line, I'll just switch back to my moto razr..

Any new line will be required to sign an agreement.

Someday someone may come up with a way to get around VZW's rules. After all, it's not like they have people who consider these strategies and come up with ways to thwart them....Right.

Aw, that sucks! But let's see.. what if my dad opened up the 2nd line and used my Droid for about a month??

Would he still be able to get the Droid X a month later for the 2 year price of $199??
