Q:No buttons working on ZTE V9 Light Pro Movistar

Hello friends ,

I have this ZTE 7'' V9 Light Pro Movistar which has been given to me by a customer (I work in a hardware repair shop) that is crashing right after power on . I can manage to get it to boot in recovery mode but only the power on button works and I cant use the reset/delete all data option , or any other option . This device has no hardware reset button on the case , and has been installed a clockwork recovery 4.0.0.5 .
I tried a usb keyboard and mouse with a adapter to micro usb but that doesn't seem to work .

So my question is how do i get the buttons working ?

sounds like there is a defect in the buttons or a hardware issue to me.
maybe it got wet inside and cause some damage.
i have never heard of physical buttons not working because of a software issue (not that it isnt possible), i dont think a reset would fix the buttons even if you could do it.
