Put Hard Keys on Dock Bar?

Is it possible to put maybe the hard menu key and the back key onto the dock bar? The little buttons drive me crazy. They are just hard for my big fingers to get to. I would love to have touch menu or back icon on the dock bar. Thanks

Check out Button Savior on the Play Store, I think you need to root for some of the features but it does pretty much exactly what you're looking for.
