I have that 360 and Kinect so here I go. Kinect offers exceptional movement recognition and the Kinect Sports is really fun. It really registers tiny movement and it can tell the difference between you shuffling your feet and someone actually running in place; the person running will win.
In throwing the discus and javelin the angle you pitch your arm is registered and accurately displayed on the game.
Boxing is a bit of a let down because you can windmill and win pretty easily. Also, all the sports titles have an online option to play on live.
The only downside to Kinect is the space requirement. You seriously need at least a clear 10x10 foot room with a good light source. Also you can't play with your back to a bright windowbor Kinect will have issues registering movment. Also, in a 10x10 room you will pretty much only have enough room for 1 person comfortably.
Dance Central is by far the best game and shows off the innovation of Kinect. It actually reads movements as tiny as you twisting your ankle for a movement.
I plane on getting Move for my PS3 but it is pretty far down my list since Kinect is so good!
