What are you using to convert video?

I've tried several programs to convert the Droid's 3gp video to AVI, but none of the AVI files are recognized when i try to stream on either the XBox 360 or the PS3.

I use ZC Video Converter, but alot of others use Handbrake?

handbrake does the job, a few post on here go more into detail about getting the most out of the handbrake program.

I second Handbrake... tried a few other converters and Handbrake worked first try.

I tried Handbrake, but the only output options I see are MP4 and MKV, no Divx or MPEG.

Sure, no problem.
A lot of people who play with video a lot (including me) look around in the video section only, so in the right section you are more likely to get more detailed answers.
