My guys at Mall of America really hooked me up. I love how customizable this phone is. I already have five scenes saved...and am in love with this phone. Even with the battery life. 
I posted in a symbol forum also, but theres a diamond with a cross in it that I can't decipher and it's not coming up in my notification list.
I think the best way to get to know this phone is hold it..and start trying things. I've had mine for a week, and I am getting the hang of everything.
