I recently received a replacement phone from Verizon. The phone is in great shape and appears to be new although I am pretty sure they send out refurbished replacements. The main reason I believe it may be new is under the battery, the production date reads 32/10. This would be from last week if true. Does anyone know if this number on the phone gets changed when/if a phone is refurbished or is this indeed a new phone?
