Problems With My Droid Razr HD

I am having problems with my droid and i called up Motorola and they said my phone is rooted but when i looked around and and found out how to check if its rooted it says its not any help?

you must have said something that led them to believe it was rooted or had been in the past. i dont know how they would be able to tell over the phone otherwise.
did you buy the phone new from the store?

one sure way to tell if its rooted is to download SuperUser from the market, open the app and try to Update the Binary, if it does not fail, your phone is rooted.
if you already have SuperUser installed, i would question why or how because it has zero purpose on a non rooted phone.
