Problems sharing photos with GMail

Everytime I go to share a photo from the photo gallery with GMail the e-mail never sends even though it says it's sending. Only when I turn off my droid then turn it back on will it send the e-mail. Is anyone else having this trouble? Regular e-mails work fine.

Wait a while. Mine always takes like 10 minutes, has since I got it, but eventually it goes through. It has done this on 2.0, 2.01, and 2.1. My gmail account is a Google Apps account, which may have something to do with it - I can't use My Maps for this reason.
