Problem with downloads

I just switched to the latest apex rom, and im trying to flash liberty now. No reason really just trying them. The problem is, and I've had it with the stock rom as well, unsuccessful downloads all the time. Even with these official links from the forums. What's the deaallllll?

Try switching browsers. I hear a lot about Dolphin but haven't tried it yet.

Nice! A simple fix. Not sure why the stock browser would have so many problems with downloads but I like dolphin a lot and downloads are good so far.
