Problem Sending Photos via Exchange

When I'm in the Incredible's Camera program and I want to share a photo with my exchange email. I get the following error message bounced back to me. Verizon and my exchange host (appriver) don't know what the problem is. Appriver says the problem is in the phone's camera program and it is sending the file over with too many characters in the message line and creating this error. Anyone know how to fix?

Also, when I'm in the mail client on the phone and I want to attach a photo to the email the email is sent out, but the attachment doesn't go and no error message comes back to me.

I could send pics with Gmail and SMS, but just not with exchange.

We're having a similar issue here, but it's not just with sending photos from the camera.
ANY file attachment we attempt to send from the phone comes back with the same error.
