problem getting to Cm from stock

Hey,

SO here's a long story short :
1. started with 2.1 and flashed flash the vulnerable_recovery_only_RAMDLD90_78 + sd partition
2. flashed cm10 succesfuly
3. wanted to downgrade to cm7 so i wiped data+cash but forgot the partition on the SD.
4. after flashing cm7 phone got stuck at bootloader
5. flashed 2.1
6. now when i flash the vulnerable_recovery_only_RAMDLD90_78 and then try to install OR i just get looped black to the triangle and to e2 recovery !!

So, what am i doing wrong ? (tried 3-4 SBF's, all end up the same).
and just to be clear stock does boot.
