How to get from stock 2.1 to UD 10?

Ok, I can't seem to post in the Blackdroid forum, so I am posting this here....

I'm at stock 2.1 and want to get to UD10. How do I go about doing this? With the SPRecovery SBF flash and then root and then somehow flash UD10?

Any help is appreciated....
