Problem downloading an app

My droid is rooted and running froyo. All my apps were restored except the Mint.com widget. When I click on it , the market it seems to be in a frozen state in the download process. When I try to cancel, the market force closes. Any ideas on how to fix this?

im using droid running 2.1
I REALLY wana root but i've only found that theres no way to do it with out Formating/Factory-Reseting the phone

and i dont wana lose ANY of my data so which way did u do that u got all your stuff back...............well 99% back

once i rebooted after installing 2.2 the phone automatically restored all my apps for me. It does that as the little sync symbol is on the phone. Have to re download the paid apps though, which is no big deal.
