Issues with Gmail App

Anyone else having issues today with the Gmail app? It was working fine and all of a sudden it's dead.

When I goto scroll it's frozen and randomly acts like its transitioning screens but just comes back to the email list.

Looking at the market others look like they are having problems.

I deleted the gmail app(rooted) and reinstalled from the Market, but then get force closes, so I restored back to the way it was. I've rebooted, cleared app data etc

Same issue here (Maxx)...btw, have you noticed that the app itself hasn't been updated since Oct? So it must be something else that changed yesterday, like one of the services it uses, maybe?
