Privacy Screens?

Does anyone know where to buy a good privacy screen? I just bought one off eBay and it is a "INSTEN" brand. It blurs the screen a little bit at an angle, but it also leaves line patterns that you can see when the screen is white and the blur really isn't that good. I have seen privacy screens that actually turn the screen black at a small angle. I see that 3M makes one, but it is a little expensive and I'd like to know if anyone has it or any other screen that works well.

If you want something that's going to work, you have to pay for it. 3M puts out a quality product, just buy it and save yourself the headache.
