Preventing Standby on power

Does anyone know if theres a way to prevent phone from going into standby when its on power?

When it's plugged in? If so, yes.
Go to menu> settings> applications> development and check the box for "stay awake." With that done, your screen will stay on while charging.

lol...omg thats where that sucker was. I think i went through that setting page like 98234 times! and i totally missed it lol, sorry im still a noob...its my 3rd day as a droid user thx for the help!
