Power Mode Toggle Widget

On the HTC Rezound there is, under settings: power: power mode, three options -- high performance, normal, economy. I've searched the internet over, and there doesn't seem to be a simple widget that will toggle between these modes. There is no option even to set up a shortcut. Ideally, I'd like a simple 1x1 widget. Any suggestions?
